Apero-Impuls «Hunting in Africa» Yes and how!

In Stump’s Alpenrose the hunters from the local hunting. Grounds bring approx. 150 animals per year. The animals are prepared using « head to tail » meaning every edible part is prepared, cooked, baked, boiled or sauteed according. To our culinary chefs whims and fantasy to please all of our guests.

Whether, deer, elk, ibex, chamois or marmot, every dish is different and exciting to taste.
