Whether classically French-inspired or committed to down-to-earth traditions - we serve an exciting blend at our gourmet hotel in Switzerland. Preferably accompanied by something special from the wine cellar.
We value short distances and know where to find the best quality: from local farmers in Toggenburg and the Rhine Valley. We preserve and pickle fruit and vegetables ourselves, just like grandmother used to do.
